PIPE & GLASS
The latest of many films I've made for the food, drink and hospitality sector. The Michelin-starred Pipe & Glass is the best restaurant in the East Riding and owner James MacKenzie approached me to create a promo film to fit in with their superb existing promotional material.

I've made over 100 episodes of the Trilby Tour for Sky Sports and FreeSports. The show is the
most popular amateur golf programme in the history of Sky.

ESPORTS SUPERSTARS: HEARTHSTONE
When ESports Superstars wanted to make a series of shows that would appeal to non-gamers, they asked me to produce and direct. The format I created is now used on channels across Europe and the Far East.

TOUR DE FRANCE: GRAND DEPART
As part of Welcome To Yorkshire's bid to bring the Tour de France to the UK, I made two films showing how the landscape of the county is ideal for cycling. I shot the films on a Sunday, edited Monday and they were shown in Paris on Tuesday. We got the Tour de France. Good, eh?

The first of 3 films of Philip Larkin poems I've made with Sir Tom Courtenay. This one opened the festival marking the 25th anniversary of Larkin's death, Larkin25.

HULL 2017: THE CITY SPEAKS
2017Hull asked me to make a film of Shane Rhodes' poem The City Speaks for the opening ceremony of Hull's year as City of Culture. This film therefore became the first work unveiled that year.

DEAN WILSON: EAST COAST FEVER
As well as making little films of Dean's poems, I also made this short film illustrating his life as the 'fourth best poet in Hull'. It's proven incredibly popular.

BRITISH PAR 3
Sky Sports asked me to look at the format of the pro-celeb golf event, the British Par 3, with a view to attracting more viewers. I designed a new way of covering the 3-day tournament and produced, directed and edited the show. As a result, the audience immediately increased.
